"Great neighborhood"
Great neighborhood, did have some noisy neighbors in the past but they have now moved and been very quiet since. No problems with breakins.
Bentley has improved a lot over the years. Park, school, shops close by. Easy access to City via bus. Love going out to dinner at popular Victoria Park Cafe Strip.

"Popular Bentley - ticks all the boxes"
Great access to city 8km public transport bus, train; Curtin bus; 15 min to airport;
Shopping centres Westfield Carousel, The Park Centre and Bentley Centre.
Bentley hospital, Curtin University, Polytechnic, Technology Park, Canning Aquatic Centre, Victoria Park Cafe strip
Santa Clara school
Never had any breakins and very quiet neighborhood
Great for
- Close to many shops, trade centres, etc
- Close to public transport, highways, access roads etc
- Close to Victoria Park restaurant and cafe strip
