Nancol Drive

"Good quality country living; quiet yet close to the action at Burleigh Heads and the Surfers Paradise glitter strip"

Nancol is made up of acreage dwellings ranging from 10 to150 acres in a hilly environment. It sits on a small hill in the middle of the Tallebudgera Valley adjacent to the Tallebudgera Creek.

We have no town water, nor sewerage, nor garbage collections but this is of little concern to residents. There is nothing wrong with the rainwater on our roofs into our water storage tanks.

The residents range from young couples just starting out to working men and women and then on to retired folk. Everyone waves to each other and Christmas and other social events are well attanded. There are probably on 15 or so residences in the starret most of which are owner occupied.

The above star rating does not proiperly describe the street. We are rural and so all shopping, medical, dental etc is at Burleigh - about 10 minutes away by car. The beuty of the place is it tranquility - not how many restaurants are in walking distance
