After it's recent redevelopment all the homes in this street are approximately 5 years old. From the street all gardens are very well presented and cared for. The small park halfway down the street provides a leafy green feel as well as somewhere to sit, relax and take in the afternoon sun. It runs off Prospect rd however for the majority of homes this provides easy access to the City via car or bus rather than noise to complain about. The local shops provide a range of dining options and the Prospect Coles is closes,t approximately 1.5 km towards the city. This region offers lovely cafes and al fresco cafe dining.
