"Short term rural lifestyle with immediate Capital gain, Developers and Investors take note."

Considering the Multi Billion infrastructure expenditure by the NSW Goverment, Railway Line (See: Leppington Railway Station - Wilkipedia) and Widenining of Camden Valley Way (See : RTA ). Byron rd properties are sure to shine like Diamonds. Properties are well undervalued. Oran Park land release to the East of Leppington has been extremely successful. Too many signs to mention, to the investor who analysers everything , take my advice "just f...n buy" (ideal buy range 180K-200K per Acre for the land + estimate the building replacement cost if house exists on the property).
