Hi there I've been here for over 2 years and I own my own home here in Jessie Crescent on one side is full of kids on the street hanging out playing ball, tag, go home stay home, water fights - all ages from 2 - 17 years old. Playing outside as it was back in the days and always willing for more kids to join in. Half and half renters and buyers live here its family orientated. It has beautiful homes that majority are kept well. The neighbourhood is a friendly one you'll get a wave or one back. The traffic is average although come night time theres alot of cars on the street - there is a couple of speeders however this is being dealt with. Not many parties or loud noise however when there is its nothing to stress over. At the end of the street there is a little park shops are 10 - 15 min walk and train station is about 20 min walk however there is a bus stop at the end of the street. Great place to live one lady yells the street down sometimes at her children or husband but its harmless a bit of entertainment I say :)
