Playfield Street
"Great street"
Playfield street is where it is all happening, the street is looking great with the new development and tidying the area up. Council seem to have approved this higher density development to populate the area to feed into Westfield and the RSL. There are plenty of options for employment in this area and Playfield street is the street to be in Chermside

- Nice development in the street
- Community feel in the street
- Cosmopolitan feel
Not great for
- If you do not own a carpark in one of the buildings it is hard to park on the street

Chermside
"Community spirit"
I enjoy Chermside as it has everything that we need here rather than going into town. If we did need to go into town the new M7 airport link is fantastic and I am definitely a fan. I see groups of residents going to the Kedron Wavell RSL or eating out at some of the local restaurant's or cafe's and having fun together as a group. It really has everything to offer for everybody.
