Have lived in Collingwood Park coming up 2 years now, and I have very little to complain about. We live in a very laid back street were everyone goes there own way. very quiet with little noise. However like most suburbs you do get the occasional boagan spinning there wheels in there car, not very often though. I find the suburb to be quite safe as more of a professional crowd are moving in and higher rent prices are pushing the boagans out. Quite often i leave the house unlocked and haven't had any problems with stuff being stolen. Great place to raise a family with good schools near by and your own Woolworths. As Brisbane expands, This suburb will be a must buy in the coming years. Only a short drive into Brisbane and Gold Coast along the motorways. Not trying to cause a war, however i feel Collingwood Park is the most upper class suburb of Ipswich (if such a thing is possible)
