close to all transport, parks, river, restaurants, shops/department stores... northern end, where we are is a quick walk to the Queen Vic market, and there is easy access out of town if you do need to get the car out, because we're on the edge of the city grid. Close enough to feel a connection with north Melbourne; a quick walk through Flagstaff gardens.... beware though, there is a lot of TV shows that are filmed in this end of town, and the Melb City Council doesnt inform anyone when our streets are to be taken over... young hip things might find this fab, but me, not the least impressed!
