My wife and I plus our three adult children have spent the last eight years enjoying the peace and tranquility of our lovely home in Southmead Drive Landsdale. Our neighbours are the best, the outlook across the beautiful park and the primary school's sports fields is wonderful. Junior cricket and footy on the weekend is great to watch. Our little shopping centre, only a 5 minute stroll away, has everything you need (IGA, BWS, Newsagents, hairdresser, two restaurants and three fast food outlets). There's also a great doctors' surgery with a chemist next door.
We'll be very sad to leave here but our equally attractive house in Dawesville is calling - and the time has come. Our kids have all flown the coup and this huge house and luxury granny flat needs someone else to love and cherish it.
