Tivoli Rd

"A perfect quiet street within seconds from everything"

I have lived in Tivoli Road for almost 9 years and it is ideally located for someone that doesn't drive a car, close to trams, trains and a fabulous shopping precinct. A short walk to Chapel Street and in fact a short walk to anything you could possibly want. The street is tree-lined and people tend to keep to themselves, while just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of major roads accessing the city. Trams to the city only a couple of minutes away and South Yarra station a 7 minute walk.

The beauty of this location is tthe only car access is essentially off Toorak Road so it is not a major through road for traffic trying to bypass the major arterials. Close to supermarkets, parks, banks, the Botanic Gardens, the MCG and only two stations from the heart of the CBD.

Neighbours tend to keep to themselves but are politely friendly.

Prices of real estate in this street are probably quite high but a well sought after area and a terrific street in a great suburb.
