Only a short street but has a little village atmosphere of its own. There are essentially just two apartment blocks on the street (Manhattan and Oasis) and both buildings are well maintained and house good quality and friendly residents.
A plethora of cafes and restaurants are all just within minutes walk as is supermarket shopping at Duffys or World Tower. Fitness First and Surry Hills Boxing Gym are both at the end of the street if you are into keeping fit. Public transport you have busses running up and down Oxford Street every few minutes or you are also in easy walking distance to Museum and Town Hall train stations.
You have parks either side of you, Hyde Park to the north west and Harmony Park directly behind the building on Goulburn Street.

Waterman Tce offers a quiet street, but with convenient access to one of Adelaide's main arteries to get you to where you want to go fast. The street is flat, well established and maintained. It is also located conveniently close to Westfield Marion, Parkholme Shopping, Medical, Schools and just a few minutes walk to either train or bus. If the nightlife is what you are after, just a few mins in a cab and you are at Glenelg and Holdfast Shores, or just head up Anzac Hwy to the city if that is more your scene. Is also ideally located for Flinders Medical Centre and Flinders University.
