"Great Family Location 15mins to Coffs Harbour, very friendly villiage atmosphere, close to beach."

Emerald Beach is a quiet suburb 15 minutes north of Coffs Harbour, very friendly, great beaches all within walking distance, an award winning caravan park, little general store, 2 Restaurants, Hairdresses, Video Store + More. Not much for Sale around there and when they do they tend to go pretty quickly. All round lovely place to live.
