Teresa Drive

"Great place for families with young kids"

All blocks are at least 4000m2 (1 acre), so there's plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard and they don't have to play on the street. Close enough to neighbours that they'd hear you yell if you were in trouble but not so close that they hear every word you say. A causeway runs behind houses on even-numbered side of the road which means you don't have neighbours yards adjoining yours. This gives you even more privacy. Not much crime in the area, apart from sheds being broken into occassionally. The worse problem would be hoons, especially at intersections. There's basically no public transport. The best internet is standard ADSL, not ADSL2 or cable. Some providers (eg Optus) don't provide internet to Teresa Drive (as at Dec 09). We are only 10 minutes drive to Grand Plaza or 5 mins drive to Park Ridge shops for Woolworths or doctors. Teresa Drive is an excellent place to live. I've lived here since 1996 and love it!
