"Quiet street in the heart of Highton"
While it's classed as Belmont, Iona Avenue is on the cusp of Highton and literally one minute walk from the Highton shopping centre. Iona Avenue is nestled within a region of schools and perfect play areas for children. It's very quiet and safe at night.
