"No longer the bridesmaid!"
A single storey 4 bedroom home within 50 metres of my home sold for 1.9 million on the weekend! This is testament to the pulling power of the West precint of the suburb where large blocks abound. The change is ever present and its great to see gentrification in full force.

"Prestons premier street"
A wonderful wide street with beautiful period homes and great views of the city between Jessie St and Gilbert Rd. Great access to tram, train, market and parks. Love the mix of people in the area and the safe community feel. Fantastic family friendly street.

"Fantastic locale! Close to all that's great about Northcote"
Since living here I have been amazed at how central this to all the sensational amenities of Northcote and the inner north. Hardly use my car and live in a friendly community focused street. Love Northcote, love Latham St!
