Unless you consider a sunroom (with the front door smack bang in the middle of it) a bedroom, please be aware that this place is a 2 bedroom house. Also, there's no mention of the fact that there are two houses on the one block with approximately 3m separating them! We weren't impressed - it wasn't anything like what we expected.
