Fleurs Street

"When quality is everything"

When I’m looking for a place to live (not just a house), I want a place that:

Prestige location and estate
Not too close to train station (stays away from those junkies and trouble makers) but close to high ways
Not too close to big shopping centre
Good public school where only people live in this area that can go to that school
Quality homes surrounded
Quality neighbors (owners occupied) and expensive renting price (no offense)
NO HOUSING Commissions (no offense)

We were renting in this area before and found that house price in here is relatively much more expensive than suburb surrounded, and it took me 3 months waiting list to get a place for renting, and it’s not cheap as well.
But after sometimes, I can see the reasons why this suburb is so demanding, because it is an estate suburb, in the real meaning.

Now we have our own place in Fleur Street, one of the best street in Minchinbury where above requirements are met.
You can browse in Google maps to see how strategic this suburb located, but you have to live in here first to see all the quality I was talking about.

You can find cheaper houses in other suburbs, but quality is equal to price.
