Exchequer Avenue

"Exchequer On the internal border"

Exchequer Ave, is on an internal border. To the North is the unofficial "Country Roads" Estate, well established leafy 1/2 acre - an acre lots. This area is good value for money at present End 09. Big houses on big block for a reasonable price, good access to all amenities.

To the South is Greenfields proper, this is seen by locals as an area for investors with a large propertion of rentals. Having lived all over Australia, this authors view is although Greenfields "South" has a high number of rentals the area is well maintained and has a good vibe that the whole of "Mandurah" has.

Also with most of Mandurah there is a large proportion of mature residence.

With the New Bunbury Freeway and the Train which runs at 10 minute intervals this area provides value for money, good lifestyle and a great place to live if you are into aquatic activities. If you need to be close to medical facilities the local hospital is just down the road.

Notes for Eastern State potential buyers:

Internet is an issue if you are used to cable broad band. (Check suppliers)
