"Trendy and Convenient Location"
East Gosford is a trendy suburb filled with cafe's and boutique shops. It is situated on Central Coast only 10-15 minute drive to Terrigal beach and only a 5 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Centre. It has many great parks and sporting ovals as well as quiet well landscaped streets.
Great for

No industry here except building. Statistically speaking Sydney has much more work. Erina fair is near enough and a multitude of shops. BUSES only public transport and their is no taxi stand.
East Gosford is much better than Gosford CBD for living.Nice Bay nearby.
"Quiet Street close to good schools and trendy cafes and shops"
Wattle street is lined by native trees and is predominately populated with neat townhouses with a small amount of single title houses. It is a quiet street with very little traffic, which has a large open park and sports grounds at one end and a national reserve (Rumbalara Reserve) beyond the other. Within walking distance (flat walk) of Wattle Street is the trendy and popular East Gosford strip of cafe's and shops, this is a good place to meet friends and have a coffee or a meal.
