"Layback lifestyle - slower pace of life than city living"
Still affordable but when Frankston bypass is complete Rosebud will be only an hour to the city - six super-markets within 2Klm indicates future growth - hope it does not spoil layback lifestyle.

"A perfect street to raise a family"
Low traffic with street being U shaped going on to Milpera Cresent - very close access to new ring road. Walking distance to Knox Hospital and Wantirna shops. Walk-way access to Burwood Highway bus routes links to Knox city and Railway stations.
