Small newer enclave in Parap. 5 minutes away from CBD. Accessible but exclusive. Very quiet. Safe and secure. Resident traffic only yet 2 bus stops a few meters away right outside the area. 2 Large leafy parks with good play area - quite generous for a very small neighbourhood Children always out and about. Neighbours chatting along the road. Very short walk to well stocked convenience store open 7 days. Walking/biking distance to parap market area with restaurants, take aways, pubs, shops, etc. walking/bikign distance to primary school, child care (other direction though), public pool, tennis courts. Vey popular among families with kids especially primary aged kids although there are some empty nesters as well Willprobaby be a bit boring for people with no kids.

Large expensive homes, beautiful newer suburb, bay area, quiet streets, safe but looks can be deceiving. The majority is built on reclaimed land, recurring sewer issues inthe entire suburb and bay area is actually cleaned out mangroves. Lots and lots of sandflies!!! Quick run to the shop is not possible.Have to drive into the city, Own transport definitely necessary. Quite a few high density dwellings ( multiple story units and townhouses) in between the large homes so probably a good spread among middle income to super wealthy. Suitable for young trendy couples or retirees who do not mind the mdigies but would definitiely not recommend for families with kids. No proper park. Very small enclosed play area in a separate part of the suburb. And midgies keep kids away from outdoor play. Primary school and childcare are in the next suburb. Quite close but too far to walk. Option is the school bus. Lived here for a year but decided to move.
