Ashgrove

"Perfect Family Environment!"

This is a Great Place for young couples or people wanting to raise a Family in a very Safe and fun suburb. Lots of Parks and Biketracks nearby within walking distance. A couple of shopping centre hubs nearby. Don't forget Naples Italian Resturant which has been there for years and still has the best pizzas in Brisbane! Ashgrove State School has a reputation for being one of the best state schools in Qld. This suburb is surrounded by Trees and Parks. Great place to Live! Once people move here, they rarely leave! But please don't tell everyone how great it is.

"Beautiful Area, Great Street!"

Recently moved here, such a Stunning Street with Heritige Homes and big towering Trees in the street. It is very peacefull and safe. There are lots of families here and many go for walks at night just enjoying the suburb and very friendly. Close by are some really nice resturants. One of the best things are the extensive Parks and Bikeways within walking distance. Also not too far away is the Ashgrove Golf Club. Ashgrove State SchooI nearby has one of the Best reputations in Brisbane too. We couldn't have chosen a nicer place to raise a Family. Great place to invest in with property prices rising consistently each year.

Think we will be here for a long time! Could reccomend this area to anyone wanting a beutifull suburb.

Milford Street

"Scary!"

Robbed twice and some young boys used to walk the streets alot. There should be more lighting too. Maybe in a few years the street might get better as homes are upgraded and new families move in. Dont walk the streets at night there though.
