Fielding Drive

"Modern, Quiet Street"

The southern-most entry point to Chelsea Heights, Fielding Drive is a quiet street, even though it is a through road.

To the west the homes are younger, with access to Seaford-Edithvale wetlands and bicycle track, as well as a small reserve through to Chelsea Park Drive, ideal for kicking the footy or a game of neighbourhood cricket. To the east, you can easily gain access to the Mornington Peninsula Freeway or to public transport along Wells Road.

As an agent in the area I can say the neighbours are very friendly and are happy for a quick chat or a wave hello. It is rare not to see someone walking the dog or pruning the garden when you drive down the street.

The best review I can give is simply this - I would only be too happy to live in such a street - it's not often you find an area so friendly and well-maintained, with beautiful homes and affordable prices.

Chelsea Heights

"Family-friendly, close to town and a beautiful place to live!"

Chelsea Heights is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 30 km south-east from Melbourne's central business district. Its Local Government Area is the City of Kingston. At the 2006 Census, Chelsea Heights had a population of 5,125.

A fantastic 'secret' of the locals, Chelsea Heights is a family-oriented area full of life, beautiful homes and friendly neighbours. Close proximity and easy access to the glorious beaches of Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne CBD and the holiday areas of the Mornington Peninsula, make this peaceful suburb a great place to live.

Close amenities such as multiple bus routes through the area, public and private schooling, beautiful parks and reserves and all shopping needs along the village strips also make Chelsea Heights a fantastic addition to your investment portfolio.
