"I am so lucky to live here!"

Moved into area in 2015. I love living here.
While street is quite close to South Pine Rd , it is (surprisingly) quiet. Very quiet at night. Close to shopping facilities(Woolies/Coles/BWS/ late night convenience/Chemist etc), eating spots (eg. sushi/Indian/Grill'd/Mexican) and regular public transport. Lots of gyms nearby. A 24/7 fruit shop down the road!!! Within walking distance (via bikeway) to Brookside shopping centre. While it doesn't vibe really close-knit(there seems to have been lots of units built in a short amount of time), locals are friendly and often say hi when you pass them in street. I feel safe walking at night.

Great for

Very close to Kedron Brook bikeway
Only 8 minutes walk from buses/ 18 minute walk from train(Enoggera Station)
Very quiet (neighbour-wise and traffic-wise)

Not great for

Not much street parking(streets are narrow).
South Pine Rd gets very congested.
