This is a nice quiet street near enough to shops, the passage and Pelican Waters that you can walk there. My parents-in-law moved to this street and were very happy there. Coles is a 5-minute drive away, as is the Boat Club, and there are lots of walks you can do in quiet streets. The only busy road really is Landsborough Pde, which you can cross easily.
Neighbours tend to be retirees with a few young families. You see lots of people walking, a few children on bikes, and people mostly look after their yards very well.
If you work, there is easy access to the main routes through Caloundra, up the coast or back to the Bruce Highway.
