Being at the intersection of the Logan and Pacific motorways, Loganholme is very central. It's only a 30 min trip to the City and 40 min south to Surfers. During peak hour traffic however, expect atleast a 50 minute trip to the city.

The Hyderdome, a 5 minute M1 drive or 45 minute stroll, has everything you need at your finger tip - shopping, dining, medical, fitness, entertainment etc. Clark Park is handy for the and the local IGA is so convenient (with better trading hours than the Hyperdome). There's no direct train access but, the buses are reasonable and go direct to the Hyperdome's main bus station.

You will be greeted by lots of friendly neighbours and their pets on a morning or evening stroll, which can be daunting if you don't like dogs but you wont have to contend with traffic lights. Most of our neighbours are all house proud owner occupiers, mostly young first home buyers, with a few older couples and some renters here and there.
