I grew up in this street, recommend it highly ... and still love it!

My parents lived in Wattle Street for over 45 years, so I know a little about the street, the neighbourhood, and how its evolved over the years.

Wattle Street has a local supermarket, post office, take-away store, and Fred's Deli and just around the corner. The local school and child care centre are at your door.

You're only 5 minutes from North Adelaide with all its restaurants, cinemas and nightlife. The trendy Brompton Hotel is first class for meals, as is the Bombay Bicycle Club.

The Adelaide Aquatic Centre and North Adelaide Fitness Centre are each less than 500mtrs away.

The city is 7 minutes by car along picturesque War Memorial Drive (no traffic lights!!!). Or if you prefer public transport, you have a choice of busses along either nearby Torrens Road or Hawker Street. The train station close by, as well.

Of all the streets in Brompton, Wattle Street is the prettiest! Large blocks, well established trees, the street itself wider than most, and most homes are owner occupied.

You absolutely can't go wrong living here!!!
