On the border but in NSW, Kirra beach is a 8 min walk, Cooly is about 15 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, security complex, great friendly people. Best of both worlds, if Coles is shut at Tweed just go to Cooly or Palm Beach. Very quiet area and most tennants most of the time are very quiet. The pool is salt water and a great place to be social with other residents. I would recommend living here if you are friendly and quiet.
