Fraser court is nestled between major roads in Sunbury, providing easy access to the main shopping strip, both by car and on foot.
There is a little playground at the end of the court, which has a walk way, providing another exit point (by foot) for the court.
It is a reasonably quiet court, only having local thoroughfare passing.
