the part of the street that I live in is ok but it is used as a thru-way for traffic to miss a busy intersection and we have young upward mobile people that think that they own the street with their high powered motorbikes and high pitched remote controlled big boy toys. we have too many cars and not enough parking spots for them which causes upsets. one side of the street is older houses and the other is new town houses that are either owned or rented out. we are close to child services, schools. shopping center, and most of all the Northern Hospital also not far from the western ring road.
