Currong Way

"A quiet and peaceful charm"

Located close to shopping , reserve and Stirling tennies club, and in the heart of Nollamara, Currong Way is one of the best streets in Nollamara, with a lot of new houses. Perfect place to raise kids or young couples, who would easily bring the ball or take a stroll in the reserve next door.

Nollamara

"A developing brand new area"

Nollamara, once a hidden secret, now has been exposed to public for its merits to meet the great demands as Perth's development and population enlarges. It locates 9-10KM to CBD and only 15mins drive to arrive CBD that fits the busy commuters; 15mins drive to the beach that being beach lovers' heaven. As well, being the Yokine and Dianella border suburb, lots of shopping options to choose from while you can go to Yokine or Dianella shopping center, and Morley Galleria is also minutes drive when you drive on the Morley drive. Big but old blocks have been redevelped into new villas or townhouses while the price is uprising smoothly. Nollamara is a suburb full of potential to live in or invest.

There are many newly built and fashionable villas or townhouse in Nollamara presently, with new immigrants and first home buyers moving in. Everything is new and this area is becoming more and more beautiful, safe and sound. Should be a potential suburb in the soon coming future. Today's buying will be tomorrow's money maker.
