We waited 3 years to buy a house in this street and finally got one! and it's amazing here.

The Dales has a real local community feel. Heaps of walking tracks, lake frontage and BBQ park area. Bikes are a must.

Easy T just down the road and walking to work and the town centre makes for a fun adventure.

The locals are respectful and the overall vibe would be family/healthy living.

Trying to buy in is very stressful due to demand (especially for the Pinehurst design). The houses are all quite new (early 2000s) but are quite expensive (around $500k-550k for 4 bed).

We love it here. Can't say we'd ever move unless it's in the same area.
