I have been living (rent) with my partner on Courallie Ave for three years. We enjoy our lives there, it's quiet, convenient and friendly. We never had an issue with safety nor with our neighbors.
Flemington got the best Vietnam beef noodle soup shop in Sydney, and lots of other delicious restaurant. The market is close enough to walk, every week you can buy fresh vegi, meats & seafood at the cheapest price without going to Cosco!!!
Homebush west is located in the middle of everywhere you wish. It takes 3 mins train to Strathfield, 13km to Sydney, 10km to Parramatta. It also only takes 5 mins driving to Olympic park, rhodes IKEA & homebush DFO!
Homebush west also has many reputable schools around, e.g. Homebush West Primary School, Homebush Boys High School, Strathfield Girls.
There still many other aspects I didn't mention of course, but we love to live here and we probably will consider to buy our first property around the area.
Highly recommend to families with kids and retirement couple cause this suburb has everything you want and more!!!
