Saint Marys Street

"A quiet street street in the upcoming suburb of St Marys"

It's a quiet street, no noise makes it from the main roads, yet it's only a short walking distance to South, Daws and Goodwood Road for all your shopping, public transport and other needs.

There is a large park towards the end with large trees and grass, great for walking the dog on or for kicking a ball around.

There is also a playground for the younger kids only 1 street away that is across the road from the main park.

St Marys is only 10 minutes from the city, 10 minutes from Marion Shopping Centre, less than 15 minutes from Glenelg and Brighton. It's the perfect spot to live, close to everything, but still much more affordable than surrounding suburbs. There is a fairly large amount of development going on in the area (subdivisions/duplexes mainly) which will freshen the area.

There are a couple of 'lifestyle' villages built in the area (1 is on Cashel St, 1 street over from St Marys), believe they have picked the spot due to the serenity, it is a quiet and peaceful area.

The people are friendly, most of the time I get greetings when out walking the dog which is a nice change.

The road surface is a little rough, but they have started to resurface it in the top half.

Specific to St Marys Street it's also an easy address to remember. St Marys St, St Marys. You wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
