Westerham Street

"Close to University of Qld"

06 February 2011.
Westerham St contains many units and apartments, some quite old. Nearby streets have some houses but the majority of the residential area is filled with high density accommodation.

In the 13 January 2011 Floods Westerham Street had nearly 3metres of water which engulfed cars, apartments etc. Water flowed from Jack Cook Park and nearby Perrin Park.

If you live in this street, make sure you check your insurance policy or at least find a first floor apartment.

Beatrice Street

"54 Beatrice Street"

This street contains a mixture of university students, professionals, long time surburban residents and investors. Unfortunately the street is spoiled by noisy residents who play loud music during the day and night.

The street is slightly elevated, properties close to Swan Road may afford city views.
