Very clean and tidy street in a good area. A lot of home owners not a very high turnover.

Most of the land in this street is multi occupancy zoning, meaning you can build units and that is what is starting to happen in this street. There is nothing wrong with the area. Although close to commercial and highway the houses are tidy and clean.

Half the street is the shopping centre the other half a very nice set of residential houses looking onto the creek. And probably the closest set of residential houses you will find to the main street. THUMBS UP!

Very long road lot of traffic new estates being built of the road itself. Nothing wrong with the street itself.

Closer to Dalby houses are nice on large blocks great thing about the street is that it has views to the Bunya Mountains. As you head further away from Dalby there is farms. Don't be turned off by the street being on a main road as the traffic is not bad at all. THUMBS UP

Has a bad reputation, but I think it is slowly changing. New estate is going in and Dalby Christian School is on this street. Personally would never buy there due to the connotation to the area but with the new house development hopefully things will change for the good.

Good area of town modern homes, only concern is close to airport questionable about noise. Other than that is a nice street.

If you are Gothic or emo this is the road for you looking onto the old cemetery not many houses on the street. If you like the heritage of the cemetery well this will do you fine its nice and peaceful.

Has access to underground power and town water which is great considering that the new estates further out do not get any of these amenities. The blocks in this area are bigger and has more of a rural feel. And is a lot closer than some of the new estates in Dalby. THUMBS UP

A lot of business's along this street and close to highway. Further end of Winton street east is a new estate going up which is nice and looks very appealing.

Built in a area more known for industrial business. There is nothing wrong with the street itself in terms of houses and neighbours. The negative I can see may come from the noise of the industrial buildings in the area.

One of the more nicer places to live in Dalby. Larger blocks and nice houses would be a great place for a family. Only Negative is it is about 5-10min out of town. But would highly recommend it. THUMBS UP!

On the creek, this street is recently under development with new housing estates going up. It does not have many residential houses on the street itself. Only negative is it is close to the weir which receives a lot of traffic.

A mix of new and old houses. Larger blocks with a rural feel. About ten-fifteen minutes from main street.
