A couple of years ago we bought one of the worst houses in the street. The land value has increased exponentially each year, our neighbors are the best we've ever had, we've not had any trouble at all. Proximity to everything is awesome, 5 mins to wynnum central, 5 seconds to the train to city ( 30 - 40 mins) , beautiful bayside weather, golf course down the road. One negative? Midges or mozzies! But that's Bayside and it's a minor price for such good living at an affordable price. Great street in a booming suburb.
