As a long time resident of Leederville and Brentham Street in particular I can say that this is a great street to live on. Close the city, Lake Monger and with easy access to freeways and train it is very convenient. As the Leederville strip is a short walk away entertainment and good eating can be found just outside the front door.

The street is safe, quiet and clean and is a past winner of the "Best Street" award from the local council. The only downside is the recent buildup of parked cars on the street and also the flood of people parking from the weekend Rugby. That is the only downside to living on the park.
