"Perfect place to raise a family 2008"

With scenic views, interesting people, open spaces, unique wildlife, and social opportunities - who wouldn't enjoy what life has to offer in this area. Only an upgrade on our water pressure and the reduction of ants and termites would be of great benefit.

What's the problem with the water pressure?

vincristine

"With scenic views, interesting people, open spaces, unique wildlife, and social opportunities" --well, you need to have a rock bottom taste to appreciate that.
the only benefits to live there are: close to FMC (which makes you an employee or a patient) and low rent.
somehow, the low rent was gone. therefore, highly unrecommanded.

Jagger Crescent

"2000-2004 not an area for kids but it is improving thanks to my sweat and tears."

Named in honour of the famous "MICK JAGGER" singer musician was one of the reasons we first decided to build here as the area had a musical feel to it in the early begining. Several attempts to lure the man have been made but no actual documented sightings have surfaced that I know of. With a developing park only 100 meters away parallel to our rather ordinary crescent - you can't help but wonder whether he may one day helicopter in to take a look or make his next single walking up and down the roadway. Until that happens I believe the cresent will remain in hiding.
