We have lived in Karri Ave for a few years now and have seen the land sales develop into very nice homes. We are among many who walk our dogs all around the area, although they prefer Livingstone Park. My wife runs and cycles every day and has always felt safe and protected from the main roads.

Many of the houses in Karri Ave were ex-display homes, and therefore they came with the best the builders can offer. We had to move to a smaller home due to illness and finding stairs increasingly difficult, but every time we had friends visit or stay, the compliments for street and the area were always effusive.

The neighbours were really nice without being intrusive and the closest ones were surprisingly quiet. We hope you enjoy living there too.
