"Good place to Buy, great coffee culture"
I bought recently in Concord West, and have never been happier.
I regularly go to the quality cafes in Victoria Ave. 'Three Spoons' is great value.
I also love the fact that the train station is so convenient. I think it will be a huge selling point in the future.
The Concord West Hotel is in my opinion the best 'local' pub in the inner west.
Overall, a great village atmosphere, what else can one ask for?

"Location, Location, & Convenience"
Got to be the one of the best streets in Concord West.
The village atmosphere is fantastic.
Three Spoons is a unpretentious, value for money cafe, great coffee.
The best pub in the region, they even filmed a scene from Packed to the Rafters inside.
Great selection of apartments and houses.
Best apartment building is an Art Deco block with loads of character. No. 32
Conveniently close to Concord West train station.
Suburbs with access to train lines will outperform others.
