Green St

"Quiet and 10 mins walk to Beach, Train, Restaurants, Hospital, Schools. only 20 mins to city by train or car"

Kogarah has a good side and a bad side with the Princes highway separating them. After renting in Coogee, Kensington, and Maroubra junction, and owning in Lane Cove, moving to Green Street Kogarah was a fantastic move...It's the quietest unit I ever lived in (unexpected with proximity to the airport and main roads) - I can leave home and arrive at work in the city (by car) within 25 mins on weekday mornings (similar to the drive from maroubra) and live a similar lifestyle to when in maroubra but pay over $100k less for the home!... Additionally I'm close to the train line, only 10mins drive to the airport, 5mins walk to the local park and walking trails with ducks, geese, etc. (ideal for kids)...there are numerous preschools, primary schools, high schools, and tafe within 10mins walk. The beach is 10mins walk and brighton le sands is only 15 mins (via a quiet park). There are numerous sports facilities close by, and the hospital just up the road. For shopping, there is the rockdale plaza and quite a number of shops in kogarah centre, brighton le sands, and rockdale all only a few minutes away......
