Churinga Avenue

"The area and street have a safe and friendly feeling with a great feel of community."

We have lived in this home in Churinga for 25 years. We have had our children here with the school being opposite and they always felt happy with the community atmosphere of sporting clubs nearby, good friends just around the corner, nearby shopping centres, bike tracks, etc.

We would find it difficult to move from this area because of friendships made over the years at primary and secondary schools, fabulous neighbours who look after each other, great places to eat and walk, great golf courses, parks, vets, doctors, and local strip shopping.

It can get a little busy around 8.30 a.m. before school and after 3.00 p.m. each day. My husband said initially that we would stay in the house for only a few years, extend, make our money and move on but here we are 25 years later. We chose well 25 years ago.
