Bonython Way

"Value for money and new"

Well located near transport parks shops and schools both private public and catholic, Very friendly neighbourhood. We were fortunate enough to run into one of the locals who has an indepth knowledge of the area and was able to share with us regarding property values and future growth prospects. It is comforting to know that there are many houses of granduer substance about to be constructed in addition to those already there.Enviroment and nature is well taken care of as the homes have to have a level of energy ratings to be approved to be built which is pleasing to see.Botique shopping and supermarkets and resturants available in Blackwood a short 15 min walk or 2 min drive from Craigburn Farm were all good quality and well priced, the place has a hills villiage atnosphere yet is still relatively close to the city and a stones throw from Westfield Marion. We will definetly buy here we did the sums and at this point it is cheaper to buy existing than build. Overall would rate very highly this Adelaide mid to upper end suburb.
