"Nice street in a great suburb"
We love it here in Woodvale after living in many areas in Perth's north. Friendly neighbours and the street is quiet and safe.

"Our picture perfect area"
We came across Hayworth Rise and the adjoining streets and this is the icing on Woodvale's cake! Unfortunately couldn't move to this area though as its a little out of our budget.

Woodvale
"Jewel in the Northern Suburbs"
We have moved around the northern suburbs looking for the right place to live (good schools, easy access to amenities etc) and Woodvale is by far one of the better areas we have seen. Everyone seems to take pride in their neighbourhood - especially in the estate areas (which we unfortunately couldn't move into).. Its more expensive than the surrounding suburbs but well worth it.
