Croydon Park is a beautiful suburb that has been a relatively undiscovered treasure of the inner west until recently. It is only 9kms out of the city but still has a lovely suburban feel with a host of parks, bike tracks and sporting facilities. It is becoming very trendy with a vibrant mix of cultures and some fantastic restaurants, patisseries and a very stylish bar. If you love Lebanese, Italian and Asian foods and sweets, this is the place for you! So this area has all the facilities like reputable schools, parks and churches for families but also suits young couples who enjoy great dining and a nice trendy area. Retirees would also enjoy the lifestyle here. It has all of the qualities of inner city living without too much traffic or parking problems. I think it is very affordable considering its location and what it has to offer. I love living here and cannot recommend it highly enough!
