I lived on the GC for 3 long years. The first year was okay but after that I was looking for any way possible to get out of this hole. Everything bad about Australia is all summed up by the Gold Coast - i.e. perfect little sea side town is destroyed by corruption and greed. The damage is truely done and likely not reversable. Basically every other sea side town is a better choice.

Most houses have lovely bay views due to the angle and position of the street.

Very nice street for a quickly improving area. 20 years from now will be prime.

It has it all. One of the best streets this close to Melbourne

Boring place yet at the same time a lot of traffic. Local kids become easily bored and resort to stealing out of your garden or damaging your letterbox and cars.

No good schools in Mornington either. Everyone is also turning their house into units so becoming overpopulated.

Just too far away from the beach and shops to make it a well positioned street.

You get the beach, the shopping, the parks and the nightlife all in 1 street. Best in St Kilda
