Wentworth Drive is the main street running through the small suburb / community of Liberty Grove.

Liberty Grove is a mix of residential units (all 2 or 3 bedrooms), small town houses and larger homes.

The complex is beautifully maintained and cared for by a full time maintenance staff. The complex features several pools, spas, gyms and saunas, tennis courts and basketball courts. All these facilities are available for residents and make for a fantastic lifestyle.

The complex has a 24 hour on site security guard.

My only complaint would be about the parking situation within the complex. Many units and town houses have two car parking spaces, though the 2 bedroom units nearly all have one car space only. If you happen to have two cars, this can be a problem as visitor parking is limited and the security will harass any resident parking in the visitor spaces.

However, Liberty Grove is a modern, clean and safe place to live. It has a wonderful community atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone thinking about buying in the area.

Units in Liberty Grove are at least $100K cheaper than the equivalent being completed now in the adjacent Rhodes Waterside development. Liberty Grove is not brand new, but paying an additional $100K for the 'new' factor is a big ask in my opinion. So if looking at Rhodes Waterside, pop over to Liberty Grove and see what your money can buy you before making a decision to purchase. You will be very pleasantly surprised.
