Wiltshire Drive

"Wiltshire drive 👍"

Great street to live in walking distance to everything, schools, shops, gyms, with a milk bar located at the round a bout for picking up a news paper on the weekend. Also located near unthank reserve and a leash free zone off clarendon drive that gets everybody out and walking there dogs.
It is a very safe area where it is safe for females to walk alone anytime of the day.
People are starting to renovate there properties in this area which should lead to good capital growth in this area.
House block sizes average between 600-750 sqm, with late 80's era homes.
Houses rarely come on the market for rent or sale and usually don't last long. Expect to pay from mid 300's to low 400's to buy and 330 to 380 ish to rent.

Great for

  • Location walkin distance
  • Close to peninsula link
  • Safe

Somerville

"Somerville the place to be"

Somerville is a family orientated town on the gate way of the Mornington peninsula, a great central location. Somerville is constantly growing with the most recent projects being a new doctors clinic, police station, new sporting club rooms and the Somerville hotel undergoing a major renovation which should bring a lot of interest to the town. Somerville has a Coles, Woolworths, iga, Aldi, centro which are all relitavly new, as well as local butchers and bakeries etc. Somerville has numerous gyms and cross fit clubs. We have 2 public primary schools, 1 catholic primary school and 1 public high school.
We have good access to public transport via buses. Since the peninsula link has opened we have an easy commute to melbourne around 50 minutes. Somerville is located Central to plenty of work hubs, Frankston, carrum downs, Dandenong Mornington just to name a few. We have a few eateries but there is room for improvement/better quality. We have the best Thai restaurant that brings people from far and wide, so make sure you book in.
The neighbourhoods are filled with friendly people where on a Friday arvo after a hard weeks work you will see neighbours have a beer together out the front while their kids are playing in the street.
I have lived in Somerville all my life and believe it is best suited to young family's and first home buyers.
Good luck trying to rent a house in Somerville, you will have to put your name down with realestate agents as there is a huge shortage of rentals on the market.
I believe Somerville has a bright future ahead, a happening town, which should result in good capital growth. Weather your planning to nest or invest your money is well spent in Somerville.
Clarendon drive, Pembroke drive and wiltshire drive and woodlands estate are sought after areas to live.
Anywhere inbetween North to South; eramosa road west and blacks camp road
And east to west;
Station street across Woodlands dr would be the best location and neighbourhoods been only walking distance to everything.
