Munroworld

This was a great investment. We have moved on, but only because we are investors and needed to fund our next venture. If we were looking for a place to settle down to, we would have stayed. It is so close to everything. Quiet street and friendly locals. You can't appreciate the value of this area until you have lived there.

We recently sold our house and in three years the value of our property has gone up $100k. All we had to do was a little bit of tidying up around the yard and little minor presentation work on the house. Transport is great, so we both catch the train to work and save on car expenses. We always knew it would be a good investment because of it's location to everything.
